With over 20 years of experience in the payments and financial sectors, she is a seasoned expert in handling complex corporate and global setups. Frustrated by the lack of clear answers on online payment issues, she founded PSP Angels, a firm dedicated to solving these challenges. Her expertise has earned her multiple accolades, including Businesswoman of the Year 2023 and Payment Consultant of the Year 2024.

Since joining IforPE in 2024, Viktoria continues to pursue her passion for education, delivering CPD and non-CPD courses on payments and banking, with a strong focus on the CySEC regulatory framework and Anti-Money Laundering (AML). Her deep expertise makes her a go-to resource for professionals looking to navigate the evolving world of payment, banking and compliance. With a background in lecturing at the University of West London, she’s a familiar face at industry conferences, sharing her insights on various topics.

As a founding partner of a corporate advisory partnership focused on Mergers & Acquisitions and a key player in a boutique consultancy firm, she works to improve payment infrastructures for the iGaming industry. Viktoria is the creator of the Soltesz Payment Framework, trusted by international companies for streamlining payments worldwide. She serves on the advisory board of several payment and financial institutions

Continuous Professional Development (CPD) courses

Like most professional associations around the world, CySEC requires a Certified Person to complete a certain number of CPD units per year. Any Certified Person in the CySEC Public Register that does not oblige with the minimum annual CPD requirements, risks the validity of their certification. Hence, without a valid CySEC certification, a professional may not be able to uphold their position at a Cyprus Investment Firm or another CySEC regulated entity.
