The Review of Regulatory Updates and CySEC Circulars course has been designed by SALVUS Funds, aiming to equip professionals with a comprehensive overview of the regulatory advancements occurred during the past quarter - this is the third quarter of 2023 edition. These series of quarterly courses emphasise on each CySEC issued Circular, discussing its relevance, and addressing the essential actions that must be taken to ensure compliance.

Professionals undertaking this course are comprehensively informed on Circular C600 and the joint guidelines of the European Banking Authority (EBA) and the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) on common procedures and methodologies for the SREP. Completing this course equips professionals with a profound understanding of revised and new regulatory obligations. Moreover, the course enhances the ability of the relevant officers to prepare accurate Compliance and Risk Management reports. It provides the necessary skills and information for implementing specific measures within reports and day-to-day operations.
